Starting off both English and germans are germanic peoples with very similar genes ( most of Englands dna is from German settlers that arrived in 500ad) so they were essentially fighting against their own people.Knowing this the English decided to side with the asiatic hordes for "reasons" in a blatant betrayal of their genes.
Germany wanted to rule Eastern Europe and wasn't concerned about getting significant colonies outside Europe so they had no major conflict of interest with England.Hitler stated many times that he saw English as equal and wanted a strong Brotherhood alliance that would benefit both of them ,he was reportedly heartbroken when England declared war on Germany , even later in the war he respected the English and saw the asiatic Bolsheviks as the real threat.
England has northing to gain from "winning ww2" as we can clearly see by the state England is in today. Englands biggest Enemies were rationally America and the soviets.The Americans due to the fact they wanted to be a global empire and challenge the British navy and the fact they had a huge industrial base and the soviets due to the fact they were commies and were preparing to invade all of Europe and hated England.
The"they invaded Poland" argument makes no sense as the soviets also invaded Poland as well as north Romania the baltic states and Finland yet England didn't do anything.The soviets had near unlimited manpower and natural resources and were much bigger long term threat than Germany.The soviets had 4.5 million men and 25000 tanks preparing to invade Europe and cut off German oil supplies in Romania they also had hundreds of thousands of paratroopers that are only used in offensive operations.Stalins purge in 1937 was a preparation for war.
Any war with Germany would bankrupt England and make them insignificant.Even if they won the war the soviets would take Eastern Europe and the Americans would simply control the rest of the world so fighting against Germany was a no win option.

even if you don't agree with any of the arguments I made it is an indisputable fact that England now is a complete joke and they went from ruling a quarter of the earth to being a minority in their own capital and that "winning" ww2 was the main reason for this.
