Both seasons have benefits.

Summer makes you sweat more, meaning you're losing fat more especially when you work out, you should also be drinking 3L of water, making your face fat disappear after some time more and more and also you will pee more, meaning, you're also losing fat lol.

Winter is cold and I don't know, not sure what benefits you can get but nevertheless winter is kinda cool. Actually you know what winter sucks. Except for Christmas.
