I've been searching for literature to explain the mechanism that inhibit the total bone mass developed for irregular facial bones such as the zygomatic arch?
Why? Because we know that what inhibits the final length of your extremities is ephysisal plates.
But ephysisal plates are not found in zygomatic arches.
So if that's the case whats the mechanism of action that slows the growth of zygomatic bones to a halt?
Certainly, since there is no ephysisal plates what so ever to terminate growth.
You can restart the growth of your zygos once again if you find the hormone that act on the pathways to encourage growth of these irregular bones.
