Ive seen threads about the use of diuretics for debloating obviously and have come to the general conclusion this ones the best.

Dosing advice is anywhere around from 100-400mgs depending on the bloat however no mention as to how long to use it or how often.

eplerenone is fairly safe obviously still will strain ur kidneys but its genetic and contextual some will have no sides
