The guy is extremely smart and knowledgeable about cosmetic enhancement. Obviously he is rich. He is a Narcy, and I would bet he has had a hair transplant. But see how high his hairline is. There is a fundamental limitation to lowering the hairline of men that Hair Transplant Doctors just don't own up to. They don't understand the why of it, so they pretend the limitation does not exist.

Eppley has a fivehead that's nothing to do with HTs the limitations of which are readily and repeatedly explained by surgeons, but mongs as always choose the parts they want to hear and ignore the rest. Hey kind of like on a monthly basis how eppley was telling kids from PSL about the limitations of the chin wing and yet they kept asking like they knew better and he didn't LMAO

Five head nothing much

Plastic surgeons are weird, they ascend others while they themselves a lot of times look like shit

Basically HT does not change your natural hairline, it just gets your receding hairline back to the NW0 point. If you have a natural five head then HT wont help you (or you find some unethical surgeons who are willing to transplant hair where there was none but it'll probably never grow out).

Source on this? Afaik plenty of people (usually women with fiveheads going off Google results) do hairline lowering for places where they never had hair in the first place

I knew an Italian surgeon who performed his sister's rhinoplasty, and he himself would like to change his nose..... but he doesnt trust any other surgeon to operate on him. :sneaky: yeah they're an odd bunch.

My HT surgeon told me this. I wanted him to make my forehead more compact (with more hair on temples like Brad Pitt) and he said no, he couldn't transplant hair there where there was none to begin with. What he could do was to mend my receding temples and increase front density. On the before after pics he showed I also didn't see patients who got hairline significantly lower than their natural NW0.

I used to confuse HT with hairline lowering too till my surgeon enlightened me: hairline lowering is a much more invasive surgery. It consists in cutting your forehead up and pulling your entire hairline down.

You don't need overly NW0 hairline to look good though, that's PSL BS. Is yours that high that you would significantly improve from hairline lowering?

I just wanted to make my hairline more compact that's all. But now it looks fine after HT. It looked big (on pics) because 1. The temples were receding especially the right one, 2. The front was thinning, 3. My forehead is sloped.

I see, this could give you a bad hairline look. But provided you have restored the temples and have decent density you've pretty much hairmaxxed.

mine is hella too much fucking dom trait of shit. at l'East i Hope to never go bald
Yes but it's not very photogenic especially when you start to Norwood. Having a (very) sloped forehead means that the distance between your hairline and the top of your cranium is short. Once your hairline starts receding you'll look like shit on pics

At least you're blackpilled before the arrival of the nordwood reaper so you have time to take preventive measurements
