Yes it is accurate although if you put those kids in america with american education theyd probably do a bit better. the unfortunate reality is that they do not have the abstract thinking ability that others have. Even though the test might be in english with minor problems and issues, the number is not totally invalid. There were groups of american researchers in the 1900s that gave chinese immigrants iq tests in English, and even though the chinese barely understood any of the english on the test, they still scored higher than the americans, just as they do today.
