I thought you said we were omnivores but you’re being a little retarded now by listening to a guy named randall who says we are carnivores. We’ve been eating an omnivore diet for a long time. To say that we aren’t omnivores is wrong cause I could shove a vegetable and chicken into my mouth right now which would disprove your theory completely. I assume you’re saying that we are not “meant” to be omnivores. We aren’t meant to eat a specific type of diet or anything a human could survive off of any diet because that’s what we were engineered for:to survive long enough to reproduce. However an omnivore diet is the most optimal diet to hit all your essential macronutrients, vitamins, minerals, and all the other beneficial properties of food that come from consuming a variety of things.
