erection quality and aromasin help

had been on aromasin 12.5mg eod for like 1.5 years, finally quit. Watched prn too but stopped and now am clean of both. When fucking, i noticed my erection quality is pretty shit and doesn't last hard for long, neither can i finish like fast or at all. Any thing I can do to recover?
Also im like 6.2x4.5 fully erect measuring from pelvic bone, should I do PE or am i fine?

Forgot to mention this was abt 1 week ago. Noticed libido is pretty low, no urge to masturbate. Although not sure its cuz I dont wanna or just dont have urge.
