You don't need to starve yourself to lose weight. If you have high body fat chances are you're eating more than necessary, so lowering your food intake won't hurt you. You'll just go back to more healthy and beneficial eating habits.

If you've done all of that, just wait man. Be patient a couple years and see what happens. You can work meanwhile and save up for your future surgeries. But it's def not over for you.
