You have reached the required threshold of Looks, Money and Status to compete with others that are the same Looks, Money and status as you(you compete for the foid, because this is how cucked it is). If there are several more people that mog you around the area. Its over.
At that elite level of looks there are not many people around town that can mog you if you are 8/10 or 7/10. It just outright isnt ESPECIALLY if you live in a town that is not as densely populated as other major cities or the Capital of a country.
So of course as you reach that level of looks when, hmm lets say you mog 80% of the males around you. Personality starts to matter when competing with other people that are part of that 20%. (hence 80/20 rule)
Yes, personality does exist. But sadly it isnt preached the right way, which led to it being a meme. Instead of people spewing that bullshit for people that are not even remotely in the dating game. It can outright delude them into the bluepill which a mental game of turning you into a beta orbiter. Its preached to lost hopes which are NOWHERE NEAR THE REQUIRED LOOKS TO EVEN EXIST IN THE DATING WORLD. If it was spewed like a robot and it was talking about 7/10+ then yes, it would be legit.
One that one 8/10 can be better at if they improved their personality and became more "confident" would be that they are overall less inhib, and can outright abuse the power of their looks to achieve ones goal. This does not disregard the other 8/10 because they will still get endless slays, but its maybe a social difference?
Conclusion?
Personality is real. But only applies once you reached the 7/10+ threshold of looks.
