Every surgeon in europe is qualified and has license to do the operation, you must just find good surgeon and maybe try to involve insurence, so it can be free

Surgeons can decline operation for cosmetic reasons if you go to maxillofacial surgeon

Yea ofc but I don't think insurence would advance my jaw by huge amounts, they would only do the bare minimum like always.

So I'd pay for it myself fully
