Someone who has a lot of urgic influences and is not fit to truly be estonian. A half breed of a mongoloid or saami mutt. The ethnic slavs in the country are more white than the saamian mutt. There needs to be a choice of reconciliation within Estonian territory whether we wish to embrace the slavic influence or reject it.
