While facial masculinity of girls is also genetic of course, I see so many neotenous looking zoomer girls, that still look like they're in their early teens and seem to never develop a fully mature skull. Either it's something to do with hormones from birth control (although that can also masculinize girls), or just a genetic trend.

It could just be the result of sexual selection over the past 50 years, with women opting to reproduce with prettier, more neotenous men, which creates more feminine looking daughters.
