Ethnic + uni is so brutal in the Netherlands

In middle school i could get away with being 179cm because the grade gap was so diverse; therefore, there were other ethnics roaming around my school who were mostly as tall as or shorter than me, instead of only 185cm+ dutch people. Sadly, its so much different at uni. Almost no ethnics there, only rich, well developed, dutch htn's that are all way taller than me. The worst part is that so many dutch women there are as tall as or even taller than me. It was only my introduction day; im not starting uni for another 5 months so i have lots of time to improve my physique among others (med student so there will be unclothing and examination of body during class). Would really apreciate tips on what to expect at uni and what to look out for etc.

I'd say majority 190+ and funnily enough one of the few other ethnics was a asian dude who looked to be around 145-150cm
