There is eschatological evidence for why Muslims are opposed to Jews (they will be the only people who won't accept Jesus after he returns). But otherwise no Islam was never as anti-Jewish as Christians.

It wasn't just about colour btw. Because Hitler definitely had something for Iranians - who would also stress their Aryan origins.
