Here's the thing, you shouldn't hate yourself personally because it's not like you chose to be born ethnic, there isn't some kind of character creation screen before you are born where you choose what you get to be born as. That's why I don't get when people call me "self hating", when it comes to who I am as an individual, I love who I am, I love my ideals, thoughts, beliefs, and behavior. The only thing I "hate" about myself is the way I look, because it is not conducive to attracting my female peers. And I surely don't hate myself for this, because I never chose these looks to begin with.

I DO HATE HOWEVER, certain ancestors for existing and from who's existence and genetics are responsible for my physical looks in the modern day, and all the negatives experiences that came along with it.

I hate mainland curries for acting subhuman on top of being ugly, and who's subhuman behavior gets broadcasted around the world for everyone to see thereby ruining whatever little reputation and smv western curries have built for themselves, just because people associate us with you guys just based off looks ALONE. For instance, whenever people see me, I'm assuming they see me as an ugly, rapist who sends Bob and vagene text to random jbs on the internet, even though I literally have never texted a woman in a sexual way in my life and have never raped anyone, and I don't have a criminal record, I've never committed a crime in my entire life, I literally don't even have so much as a fucking speeding ticket...

And last but not least, I hate delusional curries like you who think it's all fine and dandy for us to just fucking exist like this. Because as long as retards like you exist, the wider curry society will NEVER accept we have a huge problem, that being looks, because its too much of a big blackpill for us to swallow, and would "hurt our feewings ". The longer curry countries put off state enforced eugenics, the longer this problem will remain, and the longer this problem remains, the longer we suffer.

We are suffering, emotionally and mentally, and physically I might say. What kind of toll do you think my mental health has taken by not being seen as sexually attractive by the opposite sex for the past 23, almost 24 years of my life...? all because of something out of my control that I was born with.
