When i watch EUW league content every fucking eucel is fluent like wtf
Do the schools properly teach them or they are genius? I struggled really hard to be able to speak english on a decent level ( learned the whole language by myself tho, so thats obviously shit, poorcels on suicidewatch )

I think it has to do with english content, not in school, but everything popular and new, shows, books, movies, music, news, is in english. So people want to learn it in order to see the new movies and read about american pop culture and learn about the west. Most people who learn english learn it themself, even if they do have classes on it in school, it doesn't do much to sit around for 30 minutes every other day looking at some grammar tables. Because you are probably not as in to all the western culture and media as all the normies, you probably didnt have as much exposure to english

I've learned on my own, as I started to use the internet in 2000 or even before that. Was just a natural way to do so. Never really had to use speaking skills though, so I'm not a good english speaker, but reading/writing/listening/comprehending is as good as native.
My speaking skills just aren't good in general, as I rarely get to talk with people. Go months without talking to anybody consistently.
