For women a bit yeah. They on average tend to be most attracted to men of a similar age to them, usually just a few years older, until they are well into middle age and they start to prefer slightly younger guys because old people are unfortunately very ugly of course.

I partially agree, maybe once you’re fully matured from like mid 20s, but an 18 year old guy for example might have amazing appeal for young women around his age but I still think very few older women would be interested because “he looks like a kid”.

I think that trope is overplayed. I started getting attention from women of all ages starting at age 20 and now at 24 I continue to get interests from every age range of woman. Even men check me out all the time.
