The reason i said klinefelters is becouse the forum thought i had klinefelters back when i was skinnyfat with bad posture in 2022
so glad somebody here says it's not true i truly beat my genetics

I'm a 3rd generation diaspora of russians who don't live there i don't even know the language myself, That's actually a very good idea
but i will be enlisting to another army

The change i made was studying it (seriously)
I learn kensiology, anatomy, psyiology, nutrition, medical aid.
And when you actually know that stuff some mistakes are impossible to make

the changes are:
1. slow bulking with the correct macronutrients ratio 55% carbs 25% protein 20% fat which can change based on your physical activity and needs
2. slow concentric and eccentric
3. quality sleep
