How the hell do I even say this shit?​

Today whilst having breakfast my mother became furious at me for apparently no reason . She started telling me what a disgrace I am and how bad I look (Serious).

So a little back story:
I whilst growing up used to be decently attractive , I used to get complements . The kindergarten I went to had about 200-300 kids and out of those 300 kids the director or whatever you call her used to specially feed me lunch with her own hands in her lap. Even though my family had no connection to her whatsoever! In school early I got a double promotion because I was good at academics and really the teachers just loved me . Even up until middle school I was mogging! One of my friends tried to get me to be with his cousin . But the past couple years have been rough . After 2019-2020 I have descended so much I am not even recognized by the people who knew mw prior to that time. One of my teachers recently from2019 visited our home sometime ago and told me You used to be a chocolate boy(good looking where I live) but now you have become trash .
Swear to god I am not lying he said it in front of my whole family .

Man I just want to tear my skin off and be who I used to be .My parents tell me that you look very bad(truthfully)
, everyone treats me like a dog . Showing pity all the time.

I am going to ascend so hard . Everything in my life will be about ascending now on.

Man I don’t want to post myself here knowing how many hooligans there are on this forum(Clavicular story) . But I used to have long black silky hair I was very pale with extremely red cheeks usual of people living in higher altitudes . I have descended so much I want to scream out loud! Anyways , any softmaxxing tips would be appreciated (if something worked for you)
