He has a reputation for being a chronic screw up cos of UK handling of Covid, and some other shit, the fact he has a baby-face, is dumb as shit (went to Oxford and Eton thanks to parents old connections).
He got busted having an affair with his PA, and now has become a meme. A lot of the chatter is about him being a naughty boy, saying it's fine cos his boss (prime minister) has like 20 side chicks despite looking like a loaf of half baked bread, and about how can someone so incompetent seduce multiple women.
However Instagram babes are more outraged about how someone with his hairline can have multiple babes, and that too, decent looking ones.
