And yeah you're right, Chad imo (entry level at least), is top 0.05% or 1/2000. So 1 in every two high schools. It seems too low now that I think about it. I think it might be closer to 1/1,500 or 1/1000..

In central, everyone is MTN+, and Chads are 1/300-500 even.. like PSL level Chads (on tierlist).
