Even if all of us got a free Le Fort III with a 100% success rate, you’d still be normies, because forward growth means your bone actually grew, not that it was pushed forward
The difference between a good profile and a bad one is like imagine you take it and stretch bone out using Ctrl+Left Mouse Button in Photoshop, not just move it forward like in surgery.
Le Fort I, II, and III only move the existing bone forward, they don’t change its structure.
So even if you got a Le Fort III, it would only move your underdeveloped maxilla forward it wouldn’t really change much.
It's over
And yeah, don’t forget, even then, you’ll never get a Le Fort III in your life. It’s only done for people with severe cases

you are wrong. people with good forward growth dont have significanlty longer jaws or upper jaws. its really just. a result of poor myofunction habits which results in ur face growing downwards instead of forwards. so the amount of bone is pretty much same in most people. except for some exceptions and maybe skull size in some people.

(also yeah, le fort 3 is for syndromic cases only. and modified lf2 is also risky. surgery can not replicate good bone strucuture.)

You're missing the point. People with good forward growth do have longer and more developed maxillas it’s not just about direction. The bone itself is shaped and formed differently. Poor myofunction might make your face grow downward, sure, but it doesn’t mean the underlying bone is the same length or structure.

Even if you move a recessed maxilla forward with surgery, it’s still the same short, underdeveloped bone just repositioned. You can’t recreate real forward growth because that comes from actual bone development, not movement.

forward and upwards growth naturally occurs at your premaxilla, sure maybe they have more sutural bone apposition there but you do realize that bone is in single digit grams or even less.
