evening out skin tone

so my hands and bodys skin color are olive-pale but my face is super tanned like reeaaaallyyyy tanned i have pictures of me when i was 5 and i look pale af

this is before getting tanned

and this is after



im using hydroquinone kojic acid vitamin c for almost 4 days now and im saying a little difrence just a bit but they said ur tan will come back if u stop using hydro


i dont need to lighten my skin color i just want to get my natural skin color back like when i put my hand next to my face youll think its not the same person

i just want to even out my skin tone is that possible? can i achieve the color of my hand and body or not

my mom is pale
my dad is dark
both from the same country
i got a realy bad tan when i was 12 and i have slowly gone back down to light brown
i have glasses so it looks like i have reverse eye bags

yeah but my hand is pale tho just like when i was a kid with no tan
