I've made many threads about having issues sleeping in the past. I'm a light sleeper generally and always had issues getting a full nights sleeps but after fixing my sleep habits and with some help with mitz and melatonin i somewhat fixed my sleep schedule but still woke up in between nights but ever since I've been in pain killer meds i have no problem sleeping through the entire night. And even during the day. I always wake up rested and refreshed
