Which gets worse after sitting in the same spot, or standing up for long periods, which is what I have to do at work

At the very bottom of my back, mostly on the right side. Gets worse when bending. I'm 22 and can't bend over without pain

Been getting worse in recent months. Got an appointment next month

Sometimes I even wake up with it tbh

I said I think I have scoliosis
I mean I'm almost certain, with the at home tests
But idk what degree and I haven't been diagnosed. I'm seeing someone next month to check and for my pain

Hopefully it id nothing to serious, having this in your spine is no joke, it is pretty risky to even get surgery in the spine, wish you gl and hopefully it's just a pain.

Get MRI done. You should exclude automimmune problems (such as spondylitis) and also see the state of spine. Can try to pay it out of pocket if you're in country without ridiculous prices for that. Then, going to physiotherapy. Also, stretching/decomoression by hanging on a bar or horizontally by machines/tools can help (but still, you need to have MRI or CT done first to be sure). Vitamins b1+b6+b12 injection combo can help if there are problems with compressed nerves and such.

Its right above your glutes and sends a pain through your whole leg when you bend over or extend your leg while sitting right? If so its definitely tour SI joint
