Real talk — once you hit mid to late 20s, that’s the sweet spot. You’ve still got youth in your face, but you’ve also got muscle, style, money, and confidence dialed in.
After 28–30 though… it’s like time starts catching up fast. Hairline starts creeping, skin texture changes, recovery gets worse, and you lose that “fresh” look even if you’re still in shape.
I see dudes in their early 20s thinking they’ll just keep improving forever — nah bro, there’s a window. Once it’s gone, you’re just trying to maintain.
