Every gym i go these girls dont take their eyes off me well i gotta approach its a sign from the heavens

im a personal trainer i have free acess to premium gyms here so i went in the Gym in another city, there was a latina constantly staring at me while i was doing a 90kg lat cable rows while sitting at the ground , she was doing squats with leggings i had the full view for free , bitch constantly looking at me while i was pretending to be distracted
the whole time 1H she was eyeying me through out my whole workouts
and this is not the only time i could write a book
im sure she wouldnt have rejected me and i would have smashed

my only problem is the first approach i dont have to cold approach / warm approach
pls give me any tipps to get a momentum to approach women..
