Raw veggies would have the same result. By an evolutionary point of view the carnivore diet doesnt make sense. Our teeth are way more simillar to herbivores than to carnivores animals.

if you have maloclusion is because you was already fucked by the environment, getting braces will have it price (A little of alveolar bone loss) but the profit will be better than to have crocked teeth. Extraction is just not necessary, to expand will almost always be better (For what i know, theres cases where its not possible, then it will also have some bad consequences).

Every type of expander have its pros and cons, some are very bad. For what i know mse is the best. John Mew says biobloc (His expander) is the best, but its hard to believe because of the conflict of interest.

My teeth were never that crooked, so the operation was only supposed to last a year approximately but my orthodontist refuses to tell me when the operation ends.( I never wore my elastics so maybe that the reason) Either way my teeth look fine now so i feel like he jus taking my money now
