I need to know every possible heightmax because...

I've been 18 for less than a month and yesterday I went to the doctor for my yearly check up

Last April I was measured at 5'6 and a half and I was told that I was in tanner stage 3 just like I was the year before.

Yesterday I was measured at 5'7 and a quarter and my doctor said that I was either in tanner stage 4 or 5, but my growth plates are still open

I don't even know what my actual tanner stage is anymore since I asked him what he was basing it off of and it was things that are easily misinterpreted

Also, my doctor is very unreliable as I've proven him wrong countless time in things like medicine where he said that glycopyrrolate isn't used for hyperhidrosis, but then when he searched it up he realized that I was right and he was wrong

My mom and dad are both supposedly 5'6

My mom's mom is 6'0 and her dad is 6'3

My dad's mom is probably 5'0 or less and his dad is probably 5'6-5'8

My brother is around my height idk if he's a little shorter, taller, or the same height as me

I know unless a miracle happens I probably won't be able to get to 6 feet tall, but I still want to do whatever I can to maximize the potential I have left

I feel like I'm forgetting something, but for now I'll just say that I'm open to all suggestions and I'm not giving up until my growth plates are actually closed

in what way? from my experience its comfy as fuck haha, i just have normal shoes (maybe go half a size up depending on insole size / how much space ur feet have), put insoles inside and ur good to go man. the insoles you buy for height typically feel better than the stuff the shoes come with anyway

I just thought that if your feet are constantly in an unnatural position then it'd have some harmful sides (i guess normal shoes aren't natural either tho)

yeah they are, but i mean as you say normal shoes arent natural either, whether you increase ur height by 2 inches and have feet issues compared to just having the same shoes and feet issues you might as well have the extra insoles

edit: im also not even sure what the drawback/issues are with insoles and shoes in general but i doubt it makes any difference if you layer some extra padding on top for height compared to if you dont

You'll feel way more confident, people will respect you more, you'll be treated better, quality of life overall improves

Try to get a full x-ray of like your tibial/femur plates to see if they’re still open, check bone age aswell and evaluate your options from there on

Try to perfect your posture + try all the “cope” methods you can find that have scientific backing, and obviously any pharma that theoretically would help. Otherwise only other option is surgery which is 100 fold more expensive so it wouldn’t hurt to try the things you can

An HGH blast at this bone age will likely looksmin you. You won't get any taller but your ears, nose, and internal organs (like intestines) will grow rapidly and out of proportion. It will be noticeable.

GH height transformations take years of low-dose daily injections from an early bone age (around age 12 to 14) and only pay off after, if at all. I know other people who took HGH and were actually deficient, short, and did everything right, who went from 5'1" to 5'3" from doctor prescribed GH on a high dose. I know someone similar who got prescribed and only grew him from 5'9" to 6' while his sisters are 6'3", his brother is 6'9", and his dad is 6'8". My point is that even people who need it can't expect much. I went from 4' 9" to 6' 2" from HGH because my family is tall and I have a benign pituitary tumor that I need to get checked every 4 years to make sure it's not cancerous.

I'll save you years of thinking about this now: the two things you can do to become taller are

1. Wear lifts

2. Get leg lengthening surgery, which is getting better and safer every year

I'd wear lifts for now until your bones fuse and then get LL to hit 5'11" – 6'0", by the time you're in your early twenties the surgery will be cheaper and better than it is today.
