Bro we dont live in a farm. Even I have my mom cook me food, and it isn't unhealthy garbage, and I still get acne, and health issues. I don't eat sugary foods either.

You're basically taking all these drugs to replicate the effects of natural eating while still eating like shit, so having 2 sources of toxins at the same time, once you're done with the drugs you'll end up being worse than before
