Also his upper third, like the radix and entire forehead became more prominent and that's not really a popular filler spot. In fact I haven't seen at all. Granted I haven't looked into it super deeply.

Why would acromegaly basically not affect his nose? Its like 99% of his gains went to his chin and brows which is kinda hard to believe with how this stuff usually interacts with cartilage vs bones.

good video, but i believe it is just proof he got fillers, look at his chin

also, head is tilted slightly towards camera in after photo + squinting projects the muscle on the brow-ridge, which is what i believe to be the main factors

Not all bone growth is inherently acromegaly. That's its own thing and its effects are their
own thing. Acromegaly occurs when you're pituitary releases GH non stop due to a literal tumor. You can't replicate the amount of systemic IGF 1 from acromegaly with just exogenous GH. Look at this sickly malnourished kid that experienced structural changes. No nasal change.
