Every year I just get older but nothing ever seems to change

And it's going to happen again soon. A year ago I told myself that things would change and the year before that. But guess what nothing did. I'm still the exact same I was and have the same problems I did last year. It's so depressing to think about. Nothing has changed.

It's not even that you gotta get over that trauma yourself. Which is INCREDIBLY hard to do, especially on your own.
But that for love/belonging OTHER PEOPLE have to accept you too.

I social-maxxed hard as a 23yo KHHV and I found nothing but rejection for who I am. (ugly man)

People can sense your traumatized abused self from a mile away, and they literally view you as inferior. Being accepted for who you are is such a joke, they will never accept you unless you act how you're "supposed" to which is a non-traumatized, extroverted, confident chad who's never had a single problem in his life, which is impossible to be given all my terrible experiences in this life. The minute they sense how you truly are they want nothing to do with you. And after all this, how the fuck is it possible to get over all your trauma and be confident?
