Hollow cheeks are heavily dependent on lower jaw and forward growth because they will both determine at what BF % hollow cheeks become visible. For most people, that BF % isn't obtainable, or they'll look emaciated but have hollow cheeks instead of aesthetic. Like @ItisOver said, perhaps anyone can get them, but it's only those with a genetic gift that are actually going to have them visible and aesthetic for the most part.

That said if you aren't leanmaxxing, you ain't looksmaxxing

While more people than is believed here can achieve hollow cheeks, not everyone can. I know several irl guys that no matter how much weight they lose they will never have them, due to face structure. A common cause of being impossible to get them is very low set cheekbones.
