Every height you measure at is your real height. Most accurate would be an average of your morning, afternoon, and evening heights ofc. Keep in mind most height statistics you see though are based on heights taken with 1-2 hours of getting out of bed as that’s when most doctors physicals are done. So claiming morning height is the most NT.

Statistically speaking 6'0 flat barefoot in most countrie's is above average height and minimum to be considered tall.
