Men don't 'produce estrogen', we convert other hormones into estrogen.

If phytoestrogens really increased estrogen, women wouldn’t have less E compared to 100 years ago and 10% of women wouldn’t be infertile today.

Asians have the worst diets in the world, not just phytoestrogens, but hundreds of worse shit in their food. They literally lose their yellow skin when they stop eating rice and noodles
