Everyday I been dreaming about double jaw surgery

Lately I been dream about that everyday being on that operation table again some mfer putting me out giving me anaesthesia and me waking me up pretty but with swells but yeah thats the type of shit I been on lately

your bones grow together you can remove all screws and plates after a few months. but I like to have them in the honestly feel nice
