yeah and roids build muscle independant of gym muscle so u dont actually need to workout u will still gain like 2x amount of muscle as a natty who does workout

I can't even drink caffeinated soda because I feel it aging me by making me stimulated that much

i only go twice a week to do upper body days and do like 12 sets
