I bought 2 different height lift 2 weeks agos(one under socks and one inside the shoes, I prefer the one under the sock), I can fraud to 185/6 with shoes to 187/88 (I’m 184 barefoot) it doesn’t fit in every shoes, like the new "Nike Shox TL" and the "Nike Air Force 1" plus when it does my feet hurt at the end of the day
Edit: with doc martens I can reach 189cm (with the lowest shoe lift)

Working in an office I also noriced that some guys I was usually taller tan suddenly match me in height. I also saw the reverse the other day. Some guy who I used to think was taller than me by a couple inches was suddenly shorter by a couple inches.

Yea this actually makes sense. Look 5'10'' barefoot isn't tall but it sure as hell isn't short. That being said in my bluepilled days I wore thin soled shoes and sandals and I'd get mog by EVERYONE. Literally most girls were even taller than me (I know for a fact im 5'10'' barefoot I've measured plenty of times). But I noticed at the beach or pool I was just average. Now I wear good shoes with lifts and I def don't get moggged nearly as much
