Obviously, even with hard maxs, everyone has a cap before it becomes too dangerous or not worth the small results of fixing small things in your face. What are the chances that a person can go from HMTN to low CL or mid CL keeping the "cap" in mind? What would need to be wrong with them that they would need to fix after 3/4 surgeries that they could ascend to that level?

It of course depends on the starting point, basically being highly attractive is a combination of certain traits:
1. Striking the perfect balance of dimorphism, not an ogre, not a twink
2. Having good facial symmetry
3. Having good amounts of facial averageness for your ethnicity
4. Maturity or youthfulness

The truly "ideal" way to looksmax is to objectively rate your specific facial traits within all of these categories and see how much you deviate from the average or "ideal" measurements/amounts. Then it's up to self-assessment, how much of a variation is a problem for you? Of course ideally we should all be 100% in all of these areas to be "Chads", but how bad truly is being 5% off the ideal, what about 10%, what about 15%? That's very personal really and something you need to figure out.

Aside from considering how severe is the variance in your traits from the ideal measurements, you should also account for how expensive/dangerous is the procedure to get them fixed. Combining all of this information will give you a rough estimate to how good the return on investment to fix certain traits are.

I think this is a much better framework for improvement, categorizing people in LTN, MTN, and HTN, etc, is useful in the context of this forum or adjacent communities, but it is not an ideal way to looksmax, it just lacks nuance.

Meticulously planning for the correct surgeries, with the lowest risk, and highest return. Choosing the correct surgeons for the job, and praying that they don't botch you. Can only do so much on a single face, before something is bound to go wrong.
