I don't really care about getting laid as much as I care about feeling like I could get laid easily and feeling like women find me attractive and would be sexually receptive towards me in the right situation. But I guess that feeling and getting laid consistently are strongly correlated.

OP you gotta get to the primal truth of what you want. That is sex.

You gotta go out and push for it aggressively. Not at a physical level being aggressive, but really being out to get what u want and meeting a lot of girls, genuinely pushing it forward

If you've been rotting socially for a while it will take a while for you to get good at it, but it's possible.

IMO nobody can truly say they want a relationship unless they already have a number of girls they can have sex with

you need to be able to not attach so much meaning to people or interactions- just keep getting back to your gut and going for what you want, and removing anything that's in the way of that
