My family is full of highly intelligent people, yet outside their specific fields, they’ve been basically unwilling to grasp real gender dynamics.
Now that there’s greater focus on these topics and strong pushback from parts of society, they’re beginning to shift.

They always fully understood these concepts.
Ironically, their intelligence apparently makes them less likely to break from the herd, they’ll only move once the herd moves first.
