Everyone knows that when people take steroids, they should get blood tests. Its common knowledge, and it makes sense, you need to monitor your health, both on and off cycle. However hormone levels are just one side of the coin, usually people that die years later, aren't dying from hormones or lipids or any other thing you could detect with a blood test. Its organ hypertrophy, significant cardiovascular remodeling. So it makes no sense why no one except for some professional body builders talk about ECGs (echocardiograms). If you want to not die of a heart attack some day while standing in your kitchen, 20 years after you blast in your teens/twenties, blood work isnt gonna cut it. You need to be getting, or have gotten at least 1 ECG in the past 5 years, at minimum.
The bodies are absolutely there, just because they cant link the random heart attack a 40 year old man had to steroids use (even though he had very good family history with heart health). Does not mean that the steroids didn't cause this.
I understand organ hypertrophy is almost inevitable, especially with some of the compounds that are popular on here, particularly HGH or any HGH derivative, your organs will grow. However YOU need to know how much, especially your heart, yeah it will be bigger after you go and take 8 IU a day while your 17 like a idiot, but if your aware of this, and medicate accordingly years later, it can save your life.

blood work isn't enough to guarantee health
ECGs are NEEDED at least once after heavy roiding
People do die from roids, just 20 years later
