it will look very bad when you age

when you age, you naturally lose facial fat which leads to ur skin sagging and wrinkling, the buccal fat pad doesn't do this, and retains it size throughout your life and contributes to a younger skin so removing that might look good now but in 20-30yrs it will look very bad

ngl I would get it done tho if I would have the money, you can always just get a facelift when ur older if ur skin saggs too much
