Everyone used to have such huge families in the past

It wasn’t uncommon to hear of couples having 6 or 7 children. Massive families with cousins and uncles/aunts all living together

Nowadays, you’d be lucky to find a couple with even 1 child. Most people are either single, childless or substitute pets for offspring

Ofc I understand that the world today is a much different place than the one our grandparents lived in, but it’s insane how fast things changed
