no softmaxxing advice
good eyes get that big nose smaller and bimax

I have a very narrow jaw, will shirt clenching and eating on the right side more (more lopsided side) fix some issues?
save for hardmaxxing im 90 percent sure those cope shit will make you disappointed

yeah I’m pretty sure aswell lol. but I was eating on my left side only for about a year. if i start eating on my right side, im 100% gonna see a difference tho.

just start eatmaxxing, become extremely obese in your puberty and your body will develop larger bones to support all that fat and then lean down and you will be chad

your haircut makes your head look more elongated than it is. Think about growing out your sides.

Your facial harmony takes the biggest hits with the slightly too big nose and the thin upper lip.

Try volufiline on your upper lip and there is some guides on slimming down noses here (10-15% decrease but that can be noticeable)

in terms of jaw width. You do have a narrow jaw and i don’t know if chewing gum will yield any results but you can try for sure.

sounds good, i was thinking about getting volufiline. Will it really help with the upper lip or just placebo?

it does help but i think some people are non responders, i think it’s similar to creatine and how like 30% of people are non responders. i’ve seen some people have good results with it. So it’s definitely worth it.

I have good routine for you:

5 liters of icecream per day
1kg of butter per day
1kg of nutella per day
1kg of raw horse testicles (will grow your medial canthus)
1kg of spinach powder (will turn your skin green, shrekmaxxing:ogre:)
