I will start with the most important things I did and what you need to get start on right away if you want to see result fast.



If you do everything I did and you are consistent with it then you will no doubt ascend at least one number higher than what you are right now.

Being Lean isn’t really hard because eating 300 to 400 kcal lest then your normal is already considered a cut. And if you combine going to the gym and doing som sports here and there will make it go 5 times faster. Now for the gym I recommend you start with push, pull, leg, arms and shoulders, rest. But if you do some sport already like football or basketball then just skip legs and rest on that day instead. Fixing your diet is easy if you drink more and go out more because if your fucking around doing bull shit you won’t be thinking about Foid unless you’re a fatt ass. But remember to eat enough protein another why’s you gonna look like a skinny fat chudd. Tips focus especially the shoulders and the back for a more manly physique and frame mog everyone.

The eye is the most important thing other than your height and physique because the first the a person is gonna notice when looking at you is the the and with just the eyes alone you can go from a 3 to a 6 no joke.

  • Minoxidil or caster oil
  • Dark brown or black beard dye
  • A small razor
  • Ten brain cells

Now the most noticeable thing I did to my eye are the thick ass eyebrows and what I did is every night before I go to sleep. I take the micro needling pen put it in the bowling hot water to kill all the bacteria. After that I stamp it for about 2-3 minutes each eyebrows and apply minoxidil on it. For the morning I just apply a bit of castor oil on the lashes and the eyebrows.

Tips don’t put too much castor oil on the lash In morning because if it goes in your eye. You’re gonna fucked for the rest of the day.

If your eyebrows start growing out of hand use the razor to shape it. Look at a picture of a model with great eyebrows and try shape like it. When it had grown thick then you can dye the eye brow. Don’t do too dark to prove t looking a homosexual with makeup on.

Bone smash the fuck out of your brows to make it look striking.

thanks bro. The minoxidil make it both longer and thicker so I hade to trim it shorter abit and I used tropical retinoid cream but not anymore.

Did Minox make your skin flaky? I started it last week and my skin is drying up around my eyebrows. Also what does the topical retinoid do?

I’m currently taking k2, magnesium, d3 and calcium and omega 3. But tbh, I don’t even eat protein like that, just drink like 3 glasses of milk

How long did it take to see a difference with minoxidil

I been doing for 9 months now I think. And I do it quit hard very second da. I just use any that is flat and hard. You can also just use your fist if you want to.

Being Lean isn’t really hard because eating 300 to 400 kcal lest then your normal is already considered a cut. And if you combine going to the gym and doing som sports here and there will make it go 5 times faster. Now for the gym I recommend you start with push, pull, leg, arms and shoulders, rest. But if you do some sport already like football or basketball then just skip legs and rest on that day instead. Fixing your diet is easy if you drink more and go out more because if your fucking around doing bull shit you won’t be thinking about Foid unless you’re a fatt ass. But remember to eat enough protein another why’s you gonna look like a skinny fat chudd. Tips focus especially the shoulders and the back for a more manly physique and frame mog everyone.

The eye is the most important thing other than your height and physique because the first the a person is gonna notice when looking at you is the the and with just the eyes alone you can go from a 3 to a 6 no joke.

The things you will need:

  • A Micro needle pen or a dermal roller
  • Minoxidil or caster oil
  • Dark brown or black beard dye
  • A small razor
  • Ten brain cells

Now the most noticeable thing I did to my eye are the thick ass eyebrows and what I did is every night before I go to sleep. I take the micro needling pen put it in the bowling hot water to kill all the bacteria. After that I stamp it for about 2-3 minutes each eyebrows and apply minoxidil on it. For the morning I just apply a bit of castor oil on the lashes and the eyebrows.

Tips don’t put too much castor oil on the lash In morning because if it goes in your eye. You’re gonna fucked for the rest of the day.

If your eyebrows start growing out of hand use the razor to shape it. Look at a picture of a model with great eyebrows and try shape like it. When it had grown thick then you can dye the eye brow. Don’t do too dark to prove t looking a homosexual with makeup on.

Bone smash the fuck out of your brows to make it look striking.

On the first picture I was already using skincare products but the shit was just not working. Because of the diet. I was eating I shit so I looked like shit. So fix your diet, drinking water, hygiene and invest in high quality skincare products.

  • Moisturiser
  • Vitamin c serum
  • Sun screen with ph +++


For the colouring is going out side even in the winter when there is nearly any sun. Get slightly tan. Get a slightly lighter hair colour than your eyebrows and skin colour.
