First off its much more simple then you actually think

You don't need 800 separate back exercises

You only need 4

Personally I think the most important back workout will be the pushdown, There's solid evidence that the pushdown will actually mold your lats more and waist making them appear wider compared to a pulldown or a row, this'll be the most important in giving the v taper effect

A solid row is extremely important, people usually emphasize their lats to much, a proper row should be emphasizing ur mid back making it much thicker and overall stronger, to do this just change your grip to a much wider row

A pulldown is also very important should be the main builder of the lats giving you the proper v taper, I think you should try both wide grip and close grip for the pulldown, but you'll generally only need close grip

Your lower is back is very important for the aesthetics but really not as much as is very prone to injury, so something like a lower back extension, with less intensity and higher volume should be enough to build that tree branch at the bottom

Your back will benefit from a higher frequency so training them 2x per week should be very beneficial in building a massive back

Its actually really simple to build a good physique influencers just keep lying to people with 20 different back workouts, trust me its simpler then that by far

ima do a pull up thx tho

Also your back is the most IMPORTANT muscle group in aesthetics

And forget isolating your traps, they already grow enough from your rear delt and mid delt training, they really arent too important in aesthetics
