Life is just distractions. every feeling every little thing we care about is just something to keep us busy so we dont have to think about the fact that none of it really matters. were scared to face it so we invent stuff to distract ourselves we chase after moments of happiness and success thinking it will fix everything. every decision is just the result of countless variables you can’t control . the idea that you have free will is just your brain tricking you into thinking you're the one in control. we think we control our lives and we shape our destiny but its all just a story we never choose to be born we never choose our minds or bodys and we never choose the world we live in. we're just going through the motions pretending were in charge when we never were

our pursuits are just ways our brain copes .we make our identities around these distractions telling ourselves we are in charge or in control but really we are just products of our circumstances we have to face the fact that our need for control over our situations our identities our surroundings is just an illusion
