Why is everybody contradicting eachother. Never seen shit more confusing. I just wanna get taller for the love of god

Banded sleeping if past puberty , if still in puberty basically just try to max your test and you will grow in height , if u want u can also use things like GH and peptides but realistically it will only cause more harm then good

Not much will change your height you are destined for if you are already a teenager. Genetics mostly determines it.

You can use lifts to fraud a little height and height adding shoes. Stretches and posture stuff can give somewhere under about an inch if your posture is crap right now.

Other things: FUCKTON OF EGGS AND REDMEAT, Lots of exercise, just always be moving, be outside, live healthy. Mark this as solution
